Some services are degraded

From Monday 1 April, the ‘Checklist feature in Labs’ on TOPdesk, will no longer be available. A ‘read only’ service will be provided for 4 weeks, to allow operators to transfer/export tasks and templates that may need to be retained, before the feature is removed.

files.bath.ac.uk is currently experiencing issues

We're aware of files.bath.ac.uk access issues to the H: & X: drives following upgrades last Tuesday. This was the first step in a series of updates required to hopefully improve security by moving us to supported versions of Ubuntu & Nextcloud.

The wiki (Confluence) is currently unavailable

SAMIS, the University’s student records system will be unavailable, due to the annual upgrade that will install the latest version of the software. This will also affect the creation of new user accounts. Please remember to log out of SAMIS when you leave work on Friday 15 March. A ‘read only’ service will be provided to client users only, via the ‘STRUCTURE’ non-production instance, accessible via UniApps or the desktop launcher. Re:View (Panopto) Scheduler, the University’s scheduling tool for booking lecture recordings, will be unavailable due to the annual SAMIS upgrade. Existing scheduled recording will be unaffected. Please use our: AV Equipment Request Form to arrange a recording during this period.
