IT Help Portal (Operators) - Problems viewing attachments

Resolved — The issue with TOPdesk running has been resolved.

Identified — When using Firefox to log into TOPdesk, operators will be unable to view attachments this is due to a bug within TOPdesk where it is adding underscores to the file name. If you need to view an attachment please use either Chrome or IE 11.829 or later.
