Resolved — This issue is now resolved. The most recent update from JISC is: "Our engineers have rebooted the Line Module in Clifton and the link from Bristol to Clifton has been re-enabled and is now stable."
Monitoring — Jisc's engineers have identified an issue at Clifton and rerouted traffic which has since stabilized the connectivity.
Investigating — There appears to be an issue with one of our two connections to JANET (Western Comms). We have activated the backup path (via Southern Comms) and things should stabilize now whilst we further investigate.
