This issue has been identified and should be resolved in the next iTrent upgrade, we aim to fix it before this if possible. In the meantime please use Edge or Firefox to access Manager Self Service.

Investigating —
We are aware of a problem with accessing the people tab in MSS using certain browsers, we are working to resolve but in the meantime the workaround is to use Firefox or access it using an alternative browser on Unidesk.
