Monitoring — Update (15:20): The vendor/developer has managed to stabilise Business Objects which is now allowing users to sign in. We will continue to monitor the situation and apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused over the past 24 hours.

Investigating — Update (09:50): We are escalating this issue to the vendor/developer due to the recurring nature of the issue.

Investigating — Business Objects is again not responding this morning. The disk space issue from yesterday appears to have returned; alongside an additional issue affecting TomCat. We are investigating the cause of this issue and will provide an update once we know more.
