Unfortunately the earlier problems with keyword searching has returned, TOPdesk are investigating.

Full TOPdesk search fnctionality has now been restored.

Identified —
TOPdesk has now been restarted and search is working for most modules, it will take around 4 hours for keyword searching in Incident management to be available again, searching by Incident number is working.

Search by Incident Number is now working but operators are still unable to search keywords or usernames.
