Investigating — Unfortunately the earlier problems with keyword searching has returned, TOPdesk are investigating.
Identified — TOPdesk has now been restarted and search is working for most modules, it will take around 4 hours for keyword searching in Incident management to be available again, searching by Incident number is working.
Investigating — Search by Incident Number is now working but operators are still unable to search keywords or usernames.
