Resolved — Microsoft have been monitoring the issue and can confirm the issue is resolved for all affected users.

Monitoring — Microsoft have identified the issue, which was related to a recent configuration update. They have reverted the update and the service appears to be returning to normal. We will continue to monitor the situation.

Identified — Microsoft have reported an issue with Outlook on the web where some users may not be able to access their email. Microsoft are working on this issue now, and will provide updates. If you are experiencing this issue, and seeing a Service Unavailable page, try refreshing the page as we have had reports of this working.
