Problem sending emails from TOPdesk

Resolved — The issue with sending emails from TOPdesk has now been resolved. Many thanks for your patience.

Investigating — We have discovered a temporary workaround to the issue of sending emails from TOPdesk. If you receive the error: "Unfortunately, your email cannot be sent. TOPdesk might not be able to connect to the SMTP server. Please contact your system administrator”. Press ‘Send’ multiple times and the message will eventually send. TOPdesk are still investigating and we will update you as soon as we have further information.

Investigating — We are aware of an issue with sending emails from TOPdesk, where some users are receiving the following error: "Unfortunately, your email cannot be sent. TOPdesk might not be able to connect to the SMTP server. Please contact your system administrator." We are working on the issue with TOPdesk and will provide an update as soon as possible.
