Resolved — The self service is now working, tickets have been logged as normal. We apologise for the inconvenience caused by this unexpected downtime and are working to ensure this does not happen again.

Identified — The self service portal is available again but we are still having issues with the operator system due to a certificate issue. Any tickets you send in to us will still be logged. We are working with TOPdesk to resolve this issue.
