Monitoring — Our Servers and Storage team have now resolved the issue that was affecting the files.bath platform. A very small number of users may receive error messages when attempting to access certain files, if this is the case then please log a new ticket with a screenshot and detailed description of the issue(s), as our Servers and Storage team will need to further investigate. If you are not able to sign in to the files.bath system, then you should clear your web browser's cookies and cache before continuing.
