Monitoring — Microsoft are now rolling out a fix for the problem which was caused by an expired certificate, those who experienced problems with access to Teams this afternoon will be able to log back on soon. Thank you for your understanding.
Investigating — This is a global service issue that Microsoft is now investigating. Access via the Teams mobile app is still working, but the Web and Desktop clients are failing with “We’re sorry - we’ve run into an issue.” Thank you for your understanding.
