University Print Service top-up service is temporarily offline

Resolved — The University Print Service top-up service is now available again.

Identified — The University Print Service top-up service is currently unavailable but printing, copying, and scanning are still available. Whilst the top-up facility is unavailable, print accounts will be able to go into a negative balance and once the top-up service is back, credit will need to be added.
