Resolved — It appears that a networking switch was accidentally powered off. All services relating to this issue are now fully operational.

Identified — A similar issue has just reoccurred - one switch appears to be offline, which may potentially indicate a local power issue. We are currently investigating.

Resolved — We believe this issue is now resolved. There was a network issue where device leases were expiring but not receiving new ones, so devices were losing access to the network. We have resolved the issue with a configuration change and all devices should now have picked up new leases.

Identified — Service appears to be returning to the affected devices. We are still investigating the root cause.
