Monitoring — Yesterday evening (20th January) some users may have experienced problems logging into services that use single sign on, we have identified the problem and users should now be able to log in as normal.

Identified — Earlier this evening some users may have experienced problems logging into services that use single sign on, we have identified the problem and users should now be able to log in as normal. We will undertake work later this evening to resolve the root cause.
