The issues have now been fixed and Business Objects is running normally. We would like to thank you for your understanding.

The fix is taking longer to be applied. It is hoped that the service will be back up and running by 3.30pm but we will update you when we know more.

SAP, the supplier, have now identified where they believe the problem lies. They have agreed with Digital Data and Technology to apply the fix on Wednesday 29 April, this means Business Objects will be unavailable between midday and 2pm. Thank you for your understanding.
