Connect.bath.ac.uk - "Incompatible Browser" Error on iOS Devices

We are continuing to investigate an issue affecting Apple iPhone and iPad devices, where users may intermittently encounter an “Incompatible Browser” error when attempting to install the VPN from connect.bath.ac.uk.
In the meantime, users can still configure VPN access by following the Manual VPN Setup Instructions.
We will share further updates as soon as more information becomes available, and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

File Storage - Phased Migration

We are carrying out a phased migration of on-campus file storage from our existing systems to new storage solution. This work will take place over several weeks and may cause planned, temporary disruptions to some shared file services.
This migration moves file storage onto a modern, fully supported platform, improving reliability, security, and long-term sustainability of shared file services.

Network (Ethernet & Wi-Fi) - Switch Reboot in 4 South

We will be rebooting network equipment in this location as part of routine maintenance to maintain performance and reliability. During this work, users may experience brief interruptions (up to five minutes) to Ethernet (wired) and Wi-Fi (wireless) connections.
