iTrent unable to print payslips

Printing of payslips through iTrent is currently unavailable and will result in an error message being displayed, we are aware of the problem and are working with the suppliers to resolve.

SAMIS - Academic Transcript Tool & other Reports

This issue is ongoing and may impact other SAMIS reporting, the developer is aware and is working on a fix.

All other features working as normal.

A support case has been raised with the developer, and we are awaiting further updates.

In the meantime, users who need a transcript should follow the standard guidance from Academic Registry.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will provide further updates as soon as possible.

iTrent (ESS & MSS) - Upgrade

iTrent Employee and Manager Self Service will be unavailable from 08:00 for up to two hours on 4 December while we carry out a planned system upgrade. This update will keep the platform secure, supported, and aligned with the latest HR and payroll system improvements.

Wi-Fi & Ethernet - Upgrade in 1 West

We are replacing end-of-life network equipment in this location to enhance connectivity, strengthen security, and enable new features. During this upgrade, users may experience brief interruptions (around one minute) to Ethernet (wired) and Wi-Fi (wireless) connections.

If you experience any issues with your phone following the change, please email telephone@bath.ac.uk with your building and room number. The Operations team will then arrange to visit and reconfigure your phone.
