We have now identified the cause of the issue, however, all campus-based desk phones have again been signed out, and will need to be signed back in by our resolver teams.
We will provide further updates as soon as possible.

Earlier this morning, we identified that all Yealink branded desk phones had signed out, and required a manual sign-in. Our resolver teams are currently working through all the affected devices to get them back up and running as quickly as possible.
