Our TOPdesk instance will be migrated from the UK1 to UK2 (Azure) data centre over the weekend of 14th-15th December 2024. During this migration, both the TOPdesk Self-Service Portal and Operator views will experience downtime and be temporarily unavailable for all or part of this period.
We recommend planning any necessary TOPdesk activities in advance and appreciate your patience as this essential migration is completed.
