We are migrating the storage used by Secure Downloads to a new file storage platform on 10 September 2026 from 07:30.

During this maintenance window, the Secure Downloads service may be unavailable for up to one hour. Users may be unable to upload, modify, or access files while the migration is completed.

We will be updating the Re:View (Panopto) Scheduler to introduce support for scheduling livestreamed teaching sessions alongside automated lecture recordings.

Following this update, eligible timetabled activities will include a new streaming option within the scheduling form. When a livestream is scheduled, Panopto will automatically create the session and provide a viewer link, which will be shared with the organiser and available within the Scheduler.
