Due to quarterly software and security updates to the underlying service infrastructure, Nextcloud (files.bath.ac.uk) will be briefly unavailable during this maintenance window.

This maintenance includes a platform upgrade and server restart to ensure the service remains secure, stable, reliable, and fully supported. A maintenance page will be displayed while the work is in progress.

We are carrying out a further phase of our on‑campus file storage migration from our existing systems to a new storage solution. This work may cause a planned, temporary disruption to access to departmental file storage.

During this maintenance window, the following X Drive location will be synchronised and may be unavailable between 07:00 and 09:00 on 15 September 2026:
