We will be updating the HTTPS certificate for ClearPass Policy Manager on 9 December between 07:00 and 10:00. During this time, brief interruptions (a few minutes) to access the ClearPass admin and guest management interfaces may occur, but network authentications will remain unaffected.

Xerte will be upgraded on 16 December 2025 and will be unavailable for most of the day. The upgrade introduces accessibility improvements, bug fixes, and new features that enhance the creation and delivery of online learning content.
