We will be carrying out planned network migration work across our data centres, moving a number of systems onto new network infrastructure.
A maintenance window will take place each day between 09:00 and 11:00, during which there may be brief interruptions to some services. No downtime is expected outside this window.

iTrent Upgrade - ESS & MSS

We will be performing an upgrade of the iTrent system.
During the upgrade window, both Employee Self Service (ESS) and Manager Self Service (MSS) will be unavailable for up to 3hours. Users will be logged off at the start of the upgrade and will not be able to log in again until the work is complete.
