This issue is now resolved.

We are aware of an ongoing issue preventing users from accessing ChemDraw due to licensing limitations. At present, we are unable to extend licence availability or implement a long-term fix while discussions continue with the supplier (Revvity).

We apologise for the disruption this is causing and will provide an update once a workable solution has been identified.
