Teams Calling - Intermittent Issues

We are marking this issue as resolved, as Teams Calling services have now stabilised following action taken by our network provider.

The underlying fault was outside the University’s network and has been mitigated through a failover implemented by the provider. They continue to investigate the root cause and will complete further work to fully resolve the issue.

We will continue to monitor the service.

Following extensive investigations by DDaT teams, the issue has been narrowed down to a fault outside of the University's network, the network providers have confirmed the fault and are actively working to resolve it.

We are aware of and continuing to investigate reports of intermittent issues affecting both incoming and outgoing calls via Teams Calling.
