We are aware of a very intermittent authentication issue affecting Agresso. As a workaround, please try signing in again. If the issue persists, close and re-open your browser before attempting to sign in once more.

AdminDesk - Black Screen Issue

We are continuing to investigate the issue affecting AdminDesk where some users on Windows 11 experience a black screen after minimising or switching away from their RDS session. Our teams are actively working with Microsoft to identify a solution. We will provide further updates as soon as we have more information.

Network and Wi-Fi - Maintenance in Various Locations

Due to maintenance to maintain network security and stability, there will be brief losses of network connectivity in the following locations:
- 4 East (AV Switches Level 2 and 3)
- 10 East (AV switches Level 5)
- 1 West North (AV switch Level 2)
Desk phones may also restart.
