We will be replacing end-of-life network equipment in this location to improve the security, reliability, and performance of wired and wireless network services.

During the upgrade, users in affected areas may experience brief interruptions to Ethernet (wired) and Wi‑Fi connectivity, typically lasting around 1 minute. VoIP telephones may also briefly disconnect or restart while the work is completed.

This essential maintenance forms part of our ongoing network modernisation programme and will help ensure the University's network remains secure, resilient, and capable of supporting future enhancements.
