To maintain the security, stability, and supportability of the University's network infrastructure, we will be applying firmware updates to network equipment serving the following locations:

• 10 East
• 4 East
• 4 East South
• 9 West
• Aquila Court
• Chancellors Building
• Eastern Residences
• Green Park House
• Library
• Norwood House
• The Edge

During the upgrade, network equipment will restart to complete the installation. Users in affected areas may experience a brief loss of wired network connectivity, Wi‑Fi services, and VoIP telephone availability, typically lasting between 2 and 5 minutes.

This essential maintenance helps ensure network services remain secure, reliable, and fully supported with the latest vendor updates.
