Business Objects for SAMIS will undergo planned maintenance on Tuesday 20 October 2026 to apply an important software update and migrate the service to a modern, fully supported storage platform.

Business Objects for SAMIS will be unavailable from 07:30 until approximately 17:00 while this work is completed.

The maintenance will address a security vulnerability and improve the security, reliability, and supportability of the service. The new storage platform will also provide encrypted data storage and improved backup and recovery arrangements.

The service is expected to return to normal by 17:00. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience while this essential maintenance is carried out.
