Please note that this maintenance was re-scheduled and now has a new date.
Our TOPdesk instance will be migrated from the UK1 to UK2 (Azure) data centre on this date. During this migration, both the TOPdesk Self-Service Portal and Operator views will experience downtime and be temporarily unavailable for all or part of this period.
We recommend planning any necessary TOPdesk activities in advance and appreciate your patience as this essential migration is completed.
