The iTrent upgrade is currently overrunning due to unforeseen issues. Our teams are working to resolve this as quickly as possible. We will update the maintenance record as soon as the work is complete.

During this time, iTrent Employee Self Service (ESS) and Manager Self Service (MSS) will be unavailable for up to 2 hours. All users will be logged out at the start of the upgrade, and access will be restored once the upgrade and post-upgrade checks are complete.

This upgrade is required to support upcoming mandatory updates related to payroll and legislative changes for the next financial year. It ensures continued compliance, system stability, and ongoing vendor support.
