We will be carrying out planned network migration work across our data centres from 31 March to 2 April, moving a number of systems onto new network infrastructure.

A maintenance window will take place each day between 09:00 and 11:00, during which there may be brief interruptions to some services. No downtime is expected outside this window.

Services that may be briefly affected include:
- Telephony services (including emergency phones)
- Software licence servers (which may impact access to some specialist applications)
- GitLab (gitlab.ic)
- Endpoint software distribution (SCCM)
- Network location services

This work is part of ongoing improvements to enhance network security, resilience, and performance. We will monitor services throughout the migration and take action if any issues arise.
