iTrent - Upgrade (ESS & MSS)

We will be performing an upgrade of the iTrent system.

During the upgrade window, both Employee Self Service (ESS) and Manager Self Service (MSS) will be unavailable for up to 15 minutes. Users will be logged off at the start of the upgrade and will not be able to log in again until the work is complete.

This update includes routine fixes and an important legislative change to Statutory Sick Pay rules.
