Maintenance ended

We will be carrying out a planned upgrade of KxWelcome to enable a new Single Sign‑On (SSO) user journey.

The upgrade will affect the Student Portal, Staff (Enterprise) Portal, and the desktop client. During the upgrade window, the service will be unavailable, and users may notice changes to the interface or functionality once the upgrade is complete.

This upgrade has been fully tested in a non‑live environment and will allow KxWelcome to move away from reliance on legacy authentication systems, improving the future security and flexibility of access for staff and students.
