We will be carrying out a planned update to the TrakaWeb application, delivered by the supplier, to address a known issue affecting Active Directory (AD) synchronisation.

During the maintenance window, the TrakaWeb interface may be temporarily unavailable for staff users. The update is expected to take up to one hour, and no changes to functionality or user interfaces are expected.

This update aims to improve system reliability by resolving an existing AD sync issue. A system snapshot will be taken in advance to allow rapid recovery should any issues arise.
