We are experiencing technical difficulties with the upgrade. A fix is currently being applied, which is expected to take 1–2 hours.

We will be performing an upgrade of the iTrent system.

During the upgrade window, both Employee Self Service (ESS) and Manager Self Service (MSS) will be unavailable for up to 3hours. Users will be logged off at the start of the upgrade and will not be able to log in again until the work is complete.
