The University Print Service (PaperCut) will undergo a routine software upgrade on Tuesday 2 June 2026 from 09:00. During this maintenance window, printing, scanning, and copying services may be intermittently unavailable while the upgrade is carried out.
Although the work is expected to take approximately four hours, users should still be able to print for much of this period. However, brief interruptions to printing, scanning, device login, or print release functionality may occur.
This upgrade will apply important security updates, bug fixes, and platform improvements to keep the University’s print service secure, stable, and fully supported. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience while this essential maintenance is completed.
