Moodle will be unavailable for the full day on Wednesday 29 July 2026 due to scheduled annual maintenance, upgrade activities, and the creation of the 2025/26 archive snapshot. There will be no access to the system, including read-only, during this period.

This work is required to maintain platform security, stability, and performance and includes behind-the-scenes system updates and infrastructure improvements.

A full snapshot of the site will be taken ahead of the maintenance and retained as a 6-year archive. The service is expected to be restored, with the archive available, by Thursday 30 July 2026.
