We will be carrying out a planned upgrade of BeyondTrust Remote Support (support.bath) to the latest vendor-supported version.

During the maintenance window, IT staff and support teams will be unable to initiate or connect to remote support sessions, and any users awaiting assistance may experience a short delay. The service is expected to be unavailable for 30–60 minutes.

This upgrade will deliver the latest security, stability, and reliability improvements, helping to ensure the service remains secure, fully supported, and up to date.
