We will be carrying out urgent essential maintenance to upgrade the underlying SQL Server platform that supports reporting within SAMIS.

This work is required as the current version is approaching end of life and will no longer receive security updates, vendor support, or patches. The upgrade will help maintain a secure, stable, and supported reporting service, while reducing the risk of future issues as older software is retired.

During the maintenance window, SAMIS reporting functionality will be unavailable for approximately 4 hours. This affects reporting only. All other SAMIS services and functionality will remain available and can continue to be used as normal.

We appreciate that this maintenance is being undertaken at short notice and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. However, due to the urgency of the work, it is important that the upgrade is completed as soon as possible to ensure the continued security, stability, and supportability of the service.
