To maintain the security, stability, and supportability of the University's network infrastructure, we will be applying firmware updates to network equipment serving the following location(s):

• 1 South
• 3 South
• 4 East
• 9 West
• Edge
• Norwood
• Quads

During the upgrade, network equipment will restart to complete the installation. Users in affected areas may experience a brief loss of wired network connectivity, Wi‑Fi services, and VoIP telephone availability, typically lasting between 2 and 5 minutes.

This essential maintenance ensures network services remain secure, reliable, and fully supported with the latest vendor updates.
