We have received multiple reports of users seeing a “Can’t Access Accounting Server” error when attempting to print. SHARP, the University’s print service provider, has advised the following steps, which should restore the device to service:
1. Power off the printer.
2. Unplug it from the wall.
3. Wait 30 seconds.
4. Plug it back in and power it on.

This should allow the device to reconnect and come back online. If the issue persists after following these steps, please contact the Service Desk.
