Possible disruption to the University VPN servers, whilst a certificate update takes place, that is required to continue provision of the VPN and improve security and functionality.

Rheumatology, which is a software used for Pharmaceutical Research, and Food Direct, our University catering order system, will be unavailable for approximately one hour, due to quarterly software and security updates to the underlying service infrastructure.

KiTTY, a terminal application, will no longer be available and will be replaced by PuTTY. If you have saved sessions on KiTTY, which you would like to retain, you will need to recreate these in PuTTY before the 28 February. You can now install PuTTY from the Software Center.

NESA, which is our non-staff employment database, and Agresso, the University finance system, will be unavailable for approximately one hour, due to quarterly software and security updates to the underlying service infrastructure.
