Business Objects is now back online, however, you may see a cached (old) version of the page. Please follow the below instructions carefully to access the updated version of the system:

1. First, clear the entirety (all) of your web browser's cookies and cache by following the steps as detailed via: https://bath.topdesk.net/tas/public/ssp/content/search?q=KI%201502.

PLEASE NOTE that you must ensure that you select "all" or "entire" or "beginning of time" when clearing the cookies and cache.

1. Once this has been completed, you can access Business Objects again, but you must change the "System:" field to state "@BOS_Live".

Business Objects is unavailable whilst an upgrade takes place. The expected end time for this maintenance is 12:00 (midday).
