SAMIS, the University’s student records system will be unavailable, due to the annual upgrade that will install the latest version of the software. This will also affect the creation of new user accounts. Please remember to log out of SAMIS when you leave work on Friday 15 March. A ‘read only’ service will be provided to client users only, via the ‘STRUCTURE’ non-production instance, accessible via UniApps or the desktop launcher. Following the upgrade, your login experience will look different, you will be required to use a ‘Microsoft type’ login, this is a precursor to Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) being applied to SAMIS in April.
