We are making an update to OneDrive storage limits in line with new University standards. Default storage allocations will be set to 50 GB for staff and 500 GB for students. This change increases the default OneDrive storage allocation for both staff and students, providing more space for files and reducing the need to request additional storage.

There will be no disruption to access during this change, and users who currently exceed these limits will continue to have access, with additional storage managed on a case-by-case basis.
