Outlook/Teams - Calendar Availability Issue

According to Microsoft: “Some users may be unable to see Free/Busy information for other users within their organization”.

AdminDesk - Black Screen Issue

We are aware of an issue affecting Windows 11 devices where navigating away from (e.g. minimising) and then returning to an RDS session (e.g. AdminDesk) can result in a black screen.
If this occurs, we recommend closing the session completely and reopening it to continue working.
We are currently working with Microsoft to identify a permanent solution and will provide further updates as soon as possible.
Agresso - Intermittent Authentication Issues

We are investigating an intermittent issue affecting signing in to Business World (Agresso).
Please try signing in again, or close and re-open your browser, as it should then allow you to access Agresso normally.

Bomgar (BeyondTrust) - Upgrade
