Identified — Since the recent changes to Spam filtering we’ve been made aware of an issue where some Spam emails are still being delivered to users Junk Email Folders in Outlook when they should now all be getting delivered to the Quarantine hosted at protection.office.com After some investigation, we have found that Spam messages that are addressed to users friendly (vanity) email addresses e.g. 1.2.3@bath.ac.uk are the ones that are bypassing the Quarantine. We have escalated this to Microsoft Support and will update you once we have a resolution in place.
