A mitigation has been deployed for the source of the increased error rates. Panopto's cloud operations team is monitoring cloud metrics to ensure the issue is resolved

Panopto's engineering team are actively investigating this issue with urgent priority. In the meantime, we are continuing to re-queue previously failed processing jobs to ensure they complete processing. https://trust.panopto.com/
