Identified — We are aware of an issue that is affecting some older Viglen and Stone PCs following a recent critical security update. This appears to be an intermittent problem, and results in the PC failing to boot with a black screen displaying the following error message: BlInitializeLibrary failed 0xc0000001 This usually clears after rebooting or power-cycling the PC a few times, and initial reports suggest that after this point that the PC will continue to boot correctly. It is possible that this could occur during the update itself, in which case the PC will continue installation of the update when it successfully reboots. If your PC is showing this error (or you’re working remotely and think this might be the case) then please try rebooting 2 or 3 times, or asking someone nearby if they can reboot it. If this isn’t possible, or it continues to cause problems, please report this to us and we will investigate as soon as we are able. We are very sorry for the inconvenience that this may cause.
