Accessing Business Objects returns a "500 internal server error"

Resolved — The earlier problems with Business Objects have now been resolved.

Identified — The error with Business Objects appears to be specifically with the Home Screen, if you login and the Home screen is your default screen or you click on this screen, you will see an error and will not be able to use the screen. However, if you click on/work from the Documents screen you will be able to carry on selecting and running your reports as normal. We are working to clear the error on the Home page as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience.
