Identified — We have identified the problem and have begun work to resolve however Self Service for university managed Apple devices is still unavailable and will be until Tuesday 16th March.

Identified — We are currently aware of the issue and have been working with Jamf to resolve, as a result of this work Self Service for university managed Apple devices is currently unavailable and will be until Monday 15th March.
