Identified — Users may be unable to connect to the Exchange Online service via multiple protocols. Affected users may be able to access the Exchange Online service if they refresh their connection.

Investigating — Some users are experiencing issues when connecting to their email and calendars using the Outlook client. We're aware of this issue and are looking into it.
