Maintenance

The REDCap Live application will be unavailable during this time due to a scheduled upgrade.

The Pure LIVE system will be upgraded to version 5.32.2. The service may be temporarily unavailable during this time.

The Synergy application will be upgraded to version 1.9.8 by the supplier (CACI) during this time.

Business Objects will undergo brief maintenance, during which users may experience a short disruption to service. Normal access will resume once maintenance is complete.

From Campus Services: "Please be aware that the below electrical works being undertaken in 3 South are continuing today (Thursday 8th May) due to unforeseen delays. We are hoping for these works to be completed by midday today.

These works will continue to affect power, lighting and network.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused."

Nimbus HPC will be undergoing scheduled maintenance from 6th to 9th May 2025. During this period, the system will be unavailable for all users. This maintenance is necessary to ensure continued performance, stability, and security of the HPC service.

Due to quarterly software and security updates to the underlying service infrastructure, Nextcloud (files.bath.ac.uk) will briefly be unavailable during this period.

GitHub (https://github.bath.ac.uk/) will undergo a quarterly upgrade to version 3.15.x. The service will be unavailable during the upgrade. This ensures the platform remains secure and up to date for all users.

To maintain the IT storage servers that support our data, a brief period of service unavailability is expected during this maintenance window.
