OneDrive - Storage Limit Reduction

Microsoft are reducing the default OneDrive storage allocation for all new starters.
- Current accounts using less than 5GB will not be affected.
- Accounts over the new default limit will be increased up to a maximum of 50GB.
- Accounts already over 50GB will automatically be allocated 1TB (around 1,400 users).
- Future storage increase requests may be available at DDaT’s discretion.
We recommend reviewing your stored files to ensure you remain within your allocated storage.

Eduroam (Wi-Fi) - 6GHz Upgrade

We will be enabling 6GHz Wi-Fi capability on Eduroam, the University’s primary wireless network. While the upgrade has been thoroughly tested, users may experience a brief interruption (a few seconds, or up to a few minutes in the event of rollback). Most devices will connect as normal with no action required. Devices that do not support 6GHz will continue to use 2.4GHz or 5GHz as usual.
